Extraordinary General Meeting of TORPOL S.A. 23.10.2026

The Management Board of TORPOL S.A., with its registered office in Poznań at ul. św. Michała 43, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000407013 (the “Company”), acting pursuant to Art. 399 § 1, Art. 398 in conjunction with Art. 402¹ and Art. 400 of the Commercial Companies Code (the “KSH”) and § 13 sections I and II of the Company’s Articles of Association, hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on October 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Brain Embassy Postępu, Adgar Plaza Complex, ADGAR PLAZA ONE building at ul. Postępu 15 in Warsaw, 7th floor, “Co-creating 2” room.
