  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024: 24 April – 24 May*
  • extended consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2024: 7 August – 6 September*
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024: 23 October – 22 November** restricted period is valid until the publication of a periodic report on the indicated date

The dates for the publications of periodic reports of TORPOL S.A. in the year 2024

  • Annual Financial Report for the year 2023: 22 March 2024,
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024: 24 May 2024,
  • extended consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2024: 6 September 2024,

Moreover, the Company hereby affirms that pursuant to §79 (2) of the Regulation, TORPOL S.A. shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for fourth quarter (Q4) of 2023 and the second quarter (Q2) of 2024.
