  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023: 19 April – 19 May*
  • extended consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2023: 2 August – 1 September*
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023: 18 October – 17 November** restricted period is valid until the publication of a periodic report on the indicated date

The dates for the publications of periodic reports of TORPOL S.A. in the year 2023

  • Annual Financial Report for the year 2022: 10 March 2023,
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023: 19 May 2023,
  • extended consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2023: 1 September 2023,
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023: 17 November 2023.

Moreover, the Company hereby affirms that pursuant to §79 (2) of the Regulation, TORPOL S.A. shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for fourth quarter (Q4) of 2023 and the second quarter (Q2) of 2023.
