Capital Group
The TORPOL Capital Group consists of TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznań and Torpol Oil&Gas sp. z o.o. based in Wysogotowo near Poznań, in which TORPOL S.A. holds a 100% stake. The Group is one of the leading entities operating in the rail and tram transport infrastructure construction market in Poland, having been active since 1991.
In its operations, the Group acts primarily as a general contractor or a consortium leader for the implementation of comprehensive, multi-disciplinary projects. The Group’s main areas of activity include:
- design and implementation of comprehensive construction and modernization services (improving parameters such as maximum speed and line capacity) for railway track systems and stations along with accompanying infrastructure;
- railway line revitalization services aimed at restoring their original technical parameters;
- design and implementation (mainly as a general contractor) of comprehensive construction and modernization services for tram tracks and overhead contact lines with accompanying infrastructure;
- comprehensive construction and modernization of medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) overhead and cable power grids, road traffic control signaling, street lighting systems, and telecommunications networks;
- road and street construction services including accompanying infrastructure and engineering structures, such as viaducts;
- design services for transport infrastructure projects;
- construction and assembly services in the field of railway automation systems (ERTMS/ETCS rail traffic control systems, GSM-R radio communication systems);
- rail freight transport;
- design and comprehensive implementation of oil and natural gas purification and treatment facilities;
- industrial construction.
