Moreover, the Company hereby affirms that pursuant to §79 (2) of the Regulation, TORPOL S.A. shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter (Q2) of 2025 and the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024.
Simultaneously, the Issuer declares the intention to publish the extended consolidated quarterly report comprising quarterly financial information referred to in §62 (1) of the Regulation, and the extended consolidated half-year report containing interim financial statements referred to in §62 (3) of the Regulation.
