  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026: 22 April – 22 May*
  • extended consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2026: 5 August – 4 September*
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026: 28 October – 27 November*

* restricted period is valid until the publication of a periodic report on the indicated date

The dates for the publications of periodic reports of TORPOL S.A. in the year 2026

  • Annual Financial Report for the year 2025: 20 March 2026,
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026: 22 May 2026,
  • extended consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2026: 4 September 2026,
  • extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026: 27 November 2026.

Moreover, the Company hereby affirms that pursuant to §79 (2) of the Regulation, TORPOL S.A. shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026 and fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025.
