Our consortium in the next stage of the tender for the construction of the tunnel and railway station of Port Polska

The qualification of the consortium, including our participation, for the second stage, conducted through a competitive dialogue, is a special distinction for us and a confirmation of our high competence in implementing unique and technologically complex projects.

The main goal of the investment is to create a modern, multi-modal transfer hub that will connect rail and air transport. The underground station will become the main route leading to the terminal, providing travelers with the highest standard of service and intuitive navigation. A massive underground railway station will be constructed, complete with a platform hall and a transfer station, which will be almost three times larger than Warsaw Central Station.

The combined strengths and unique know-how of all consortium members allow us to comprehensively address the challenges posed by the construction of such a large-scale transportation hub.

We are now moving on to the competitive dialogue phase, a key step preceding the selection of the final contractor. During this phase, in collaboration with the contracting authority, the most optimal and innovative technical and organizational solutions will be developed for the efficient implementation of this strategic investment. The tender process and contract signing are planned for the first quarter of 2027, and construction work is expected to begin between the third and fourth quarters of 2027.
