In case you have any knowledge or information regarding a suspected violation of the provisions of the generally applicable law, internal corporate regulations, principles of ethics and good conduct or the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct of TORPOL S.A., you may report such occurance by means of filling in the confidential form below, as well as by sending correspondence to the Compliance Officer, or via e-mail to the following address: naruszenia@torpol.pl, or by sending regular mail to the postal address of the Company with a note on the envelope – “to the addressee of the Compliance Officer personally” [„do rąk własnych Pełnomocnika ds. Zgodności”].

The Company guarantees the anonymity of the whistleblower, as well as the verification of the notification in accordance with the provisions of the “Principles of anonymous reporting of violations and protection of whistleblowers at TORPOL S.A.” [„Zasady anonimowego zgłaszania naruszeń oraz ochrony sygnalistów w TORPOL S.A.”].

* The application form is anonymous, however, in certain cases the information contained therein may constitute personal data, therefore we apply the principles of the general data protection regulation for its handling. The data administrator is TORPOL S.A. In matters related to your data, please contact the Data Protection Inspector, e-mail: iod@torpol.pl. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting an investigation based on the legitimate legal interest of the administrator. The legitimate interest is to defend the interests of the company. The data will be kept until the investigation is completed. For technical reasons, the data will be made available to the entity providing IT system administration services to the company. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, limit the processing, transfer the data, and the right to object. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data concerning you violates the applicable data protection regulations. Providing personal data is on a voluntary basis.
